James had been assigned to us through relator, we were happily surprised at how quick he got in contact with us, he helped us find lenders, he really guided us since me and my husband were first time mobile home buyers and we didn't know where to begin. After he took us to look at multiple homes in our price range he helped set up the appraisal and inspection, walked us through the insurance needed for escrows and if & when we had questions or problems he always helped us through them, he was always a phone call or text away, he was always easy to communicate with and helped explain documents we needed to sin. He helped us get into our first home.

Things only got worse. I encountered one faux pas after another with Warburton Properties ranging from failure to provide proper documentation and forms, failure to honor promises to complete repairs on behalf of the seller, failure to advise or disclose known pitfalls and timelines of the Residential Purchase Agreement and financial disclosures (i.e., Mello Roos), obfuscation of overall process, and outright obstructing my ability to have the AC unit inspected after home inspection revealed the unit was defective within the timeframe specified in the Residential Purchase Agreement. I do not recommend this agency!
